Unit Types & Storage Options

A: We provide small, medium, and large storage units as well as outdoor and indoor vehicle parking options. Units are available for furniture, household contents, seasonal items, business storage, and more.

A: Small Units → boxes, totes, seasonal belongings, student storage Medium Units → furniture, appliances, 1–2 bedroom home contents Large Units → whole-house storage, business inventory, bulk storage If unsure, we can help you match your needs to the right size.

A: Yes. We offer dedicated outdoor parking plots for vehicles of various sizes. Indoor vehicle storage may also be available depending on the unit size selected.

A: Vehicles must be operable, legally registered, and must fit within the assigned space. Oversized RVs or trailers may require a longer plot — contact us for confirmation.

Security, Climate & Protection

A: The property features secure access, surveillance, lighting, and controlled entry. We take security seriously so your items remain protected.

A: Temperature-controlled regulates heat and cold. Climate-controlled regulates both temperature and humidity — ideal for electronics, wood furniture, photos, documents, and delicate items.

A: Our controlled units reduce the risk of warping, rust, fading, and moisture damage caused by seasonal temperature changes.

A: Insurance or tenant protection is recommended and may be required depending on the unit. You may provide your own policy or ask us about coverage options.

Access, Move-In & Facility Use

A: Both of our Muncie and Yorktown locations offer standard access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For other questions regarding 24 Hour access, please check the website or contact us directly for extended hours.

A: Yes. You can browse units, reserve online, and complete your move-in digitally without meeting anyone in person.

A: Access outside posted hours may be granted based on unit type and need. Contact us for review and approval.

A: You may bring your own lock, or while supplies last one at move-in may be available.

Payments, Billing & Agreements

A: You can pay online via debit/credit card or ACH. Auto-Pay is available and recommended to avoid missed due dates or late fees.

A: Yes — we offer multi-month prepay discounts depending on the location and unit size!

A: Yes — unless you choose a 3, 6, or 12-month prepay option for a discounted rate.

A: If no notice is given, your lease automatically continues month-to-month at the current rate.

Move-Out, Rules & Support

A: Provide notice through your account, scanning the QR code and following the instructions or by contacting us. Remove your lock, empty and sweep your unit, take a photo of the vacant unit, then confirm your move-out to finalize.

A: Fuel, chemicals, hazardous or flammable materials, perishables, live animals/plants, and illegal items are not allowed in storage units.
